Villa Eu Rafalet Petit is situated in the middle of the Majorcan countryside in a peaceful area. The property is 10 minutes by car to the shops of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
The house is very spacious and is spread over two floor with a large open plan lounge, dining area with American style kitchen. The lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and Wifi for your entertainment. There is access to the pool and a covered dining terrace from here. The kitchen is fitted with pine furniture and is has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a gas hob and electric oven.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a shower room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and access onto a sunny private terrace. There is also a twin bedroom and in between the two rooms there is a complete bathroom with bath tub and shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside there is a large grassed area ideal for children along with ping pong table and there is also a large pool with sun loungers.
