An amazing villa overlooking the 6th hole, water and the 7th hole on the golf course La Finca in Algorfa. The Villa is located in a secure gated community with access to a communal pool and a private community parking. Do you wish for more privacy then you can always use your privat pool! The house stands on a 450m2 plot and offers spacious living room divided into two levels, ground floor has a large living room with fireplace and air conditioning, dining area, fully equipped American kitchen, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom , a staircase leads to a mezzanine on the first floor, you will find a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Outside the villa is very well maintained and has artificial grass around the pool and several sun terraces overlooking the garden and the golf course, you have a private driveway and a private pool.

Beaches and climate:
The Costa Blanca has many good beaches. They are generally broad, long and covered with fine golden sand. The most popular beaches on the Costa Blanca are around Alicante, Guardamar, Santa Pola Torre la Mata, La Marina, Torrevieja and Benidorm.

The Costa Blanca has its name from the miles of white beaches and those beaches are on average 50 meters wide. This is what many sunbathers and fun seekers attracts. Most beaches are easily reached by car up near the beach. The sand run gradually into the sea and are therefore very suitable for children. The beaches are guarded by lifeguards during high season.
