Your holiday villa on the Costa Blanca

This beautiful holiday villa sleeps ten people and features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool (32 m2) and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Villa Agustin is located in a residential district on a quiet road with only local traffic. You can park your car in the parking bay. The beautiful, pearly-white sandy beach is located only 350 m from the villa, and the shops, restaurants and nightlife are also within walking distance, just 1,000 to 1,500 m away. Due to its rural but central location and two separate living areas, this beautiful holiday home is ideal for two families with children.

Villa Agustin is a fully detached holiday villa on two floors, located at street level, with a living area of 200 m2 on a plot of 700 m2. The main entrance to the villa is located on the first floor, which is reached by means of a short flight of steps. Here you will find a fully equipped living room featuring a sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table and access to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. The dining room for six people has large picture windows which provide beautiful views and invite you to linger after enjoying a delicious meal. Villa Agustin also has a fully equipped country kitchen on the first floor, three contemporary bedrooms and one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is also a fully furnished living room with two sofa beds, a flat-screen satellite TV and an authentic fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, two contemporary bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The typically Spanish interior is decorated with attention to detail and features modern colours that create an atmospheric ambience.

At the front of the villa is the private swimming pool, reached from the terrace. Around the pool you can sit on the sun loungers to relax in the warm Spanish sunshine. The children will also enjoy themselves to the full, splashing about in the lovely pool, playing table tennis while the youngest enjoy the Wendy house. The beautifully landscaped terrace offers plenty of seating, and in the evenings the whole family can share the large covered dining table area. Of course, you also have an in-built stone BBQ on which to prepare the most delicious meals during the beautiful, sultry summer evenings.

Because the floors are accessed via an external staircase, this villa is also ideal for multiple families wishing to have a holiday together while still enjoying their privacy.

The surroundings of Villa Agustin

The Costa Blanca, also known as the "White Coast", with its beautiful golden sandy beaches and length of 200 kilometres, is the most famous coast in the whole of Spain. With the most annual hours of sunshine in Europe, and a 24-degree average temperature, this beautiful region is therefore also very popular with winter holidaymakers.

During your stay on the Costa Blanca, visiting the beautiful city of Alicante with its many shops, attractions and promenades is definitely a must, as is beautiful Valencia, which has a rich history dating back over 2,000 years, and is the third-largest city in Spain, after Madrid and Barcelona.

The Costa Blanca has large numbers of resorts, of which Benidorm is the best known with its wide range of shops and restaurants, beautiful skyline and always-bustling nightlife. But the popular seaside resorts of Alicante, Valencia, Denia, Altea, Albir and Calpe also are worth visiting.
