Fabulous villa with private pool located in Benissa (Costa Blanca) for 8 people with three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed on two floors.INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR in which we will find a large living room with SAT / DTT TV with access to the covered terrace with ping-pong table. A large kitchen with hob and dishwasher. A large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower en-suite. In addition to a toilet and a room with washing machine. In the UPPER FLOOR we find a room enabled as a bedroom with two single beds. Two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.EXTERIOR: The villa has a large plot where the 10x5 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower is located. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking on the same plot for 3-4 vehicles.LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and a few minutes drive from Calpe. The nearest sandy beach is 11 km away and the nearest supermarket is 3.6 km from the apartment.OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed.
