The villa is located just 300m from town center, Urbanization Benicolada, very close to the longest beach in Calpe, to the promenade and all services. Villa recommended for those who want to go to the beach, the town center, restaurants, shops and bars without needing a car. The villa has an enclosed plot of approx. 700 m2 with vast garden area and an inside surface of 170 m2 in total on 2 floors. Wireless internet in the livingroom.

Main floor: (only 2 steps): here we find an enclosed terrace with beautiful summer sofas and access to the living room that is furnished with taste: comfortable sofa, TV sat/DTV and 1 split air conditioning. From the living room you have access to both the pool area and the covered terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.

1st floor: (access by stairs) 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath, shower, wc and washbasin en suite. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 split air conditioning. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin. On this floor there is a landing with enough space for 2 single beds, (recommended for 2 children) and 1 split air conditioning. Access to the balcony with views of over the Peñon de Ifach and the pool.


Outside area: Enjoy the beautiful garden with many different kinds of plants, the rectangular shaped pool with dimensions 7.5x4 with roman steps and an outside shower. Large covered terrace, ideal for meals with a small summer kitchen with two gas burners, fridge-freezer and sink. 1 portable barbecue. 1 bedroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.
Parking on the plot for 2-3 cars.

Just a short walk through a main street will take you to the town center, supermarkets and restaurants (300 m). Blue flag beach and promenade (Arenal-Bol beach 900 m)

Pets weighing less than 12 kg are allowed. Extra cost of 40 €/stay. No possibility of 1 extra person.
