Finally, there is a bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERNAL: There is a large 13x8 communal pool with metal stairs and outside shower. There is a parking space for one vehicle.
LOCATION: An ideal apartment to use the proximity to the beach and to the shops that this villa offers to dispense with the vehicle. It is only 400 m to a beautiful cove and 1.4 km to the sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 650 meters away and Calpe town center is 1.2 km away.
