Apartment Naima

DESCRIPTION: This spacious apartment, recently renovated, of approximately 70 m2, can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the beachfront of La Fossa beach in Calpe. 

The apartment has a bathroom with shower, where the washing machine is located. Next is the room with two single beds. Then we find a toilet and a second bedroom with double bed. Then, the fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge / freezer. The bright living-dining room has access to a large balcony, located in front of the beach. The dining room is furnished with a large table that seats 6 people and a comfortable sofa. The terrace has outdoor furniture to enjoy a nice dinner on summer nights. It has wifi service throughout the apartment. 

The building has a large communal pool, kidney-shaped. There is the possibility of renting a garage space for € 50 / week. 

SITUATION: NAIMA is located on the seafront of La Fossa beach, close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream shops, clothing stores, ...). 6 minutes walk from the salt mines and 4 minutes from the Peñon de Ifach, two ideal places for hiking. At 30 km we arrive at Aqualandia , Terra Natura and Terra Mítica , famous parks in the city of Benidorm POPULATION: Calpe is a tourist town famous for its fantastic sandy beaches, with crystal clear water, for its Peñon of Ifach, its gastronomy, etc. It is the perfect vacation destination by the sea for families, groups of friends and couples.
