DISTRIBUTION: The villa is spread over three floors. On the GROUND FLOOR is located the garage with one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The MAIN FLOOR is distributed in a spacious and comfortable living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the UPPER FLOOR, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and two bathrooms with bathtub.

OUTSIDE: The villa consists of a beautiful pool area with sunlounges and umbrella, ideal for cooling off the hot summer days. There is also a covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs.

DISTANCES: Villa ideal to forget about using the car, due to the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and its beaches (1.4 km), in addition to all services and Calpe town centre (0.9 km).

EXTRAS: Pets under 12 kg are allowed with a supplement of 40€ per stay. It is possible to accommodate 1 more person with an extra cost.
