The property offers four bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and the other two with one double bed each. Regarding the indoor bathrooms, the villa has one complete bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a second indoor bathroom equipped only with washbasin and WC. The LOWER FLOOR remains closed and unoccupied during the rental period. EXTERIOR Outside, you will find a beautiful private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with Roman steps. The villa also offers an outdoor shower and a covered barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. In addition, there is private parking within the plot for two vehicles. LOCATION The villa is located in the privileged residential area of Benicolada, just 600 m from the centre of Calpe, where you will find restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
