Modern holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
INTERIOR: This magnificent villa consists of a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a double bed each and two more bedrooms with two single beds each. There are also two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: There is a large terrace overlooking the rock of Ifach and the 8x4 pool fully fenced for the safety of children, with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a covered construction barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for four vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the tranquility of the area and the proximity to the beaches and all shops. It is only 1 km from the nearest cave and 1.4 km from the sandy beach and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is accessible in 700 m and the center of Calpe in 3.8 km.
