Beautiful summer villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
INTERIOR: The GROUND FLOOR consists of a large living room with Sat / DTT TV and access to the covered terrace and pool. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and hob. One bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub en suite and access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the pool.
EXTERIOR: A large garden plot with an 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and a covered terrace with a barbecue to enjoy meals in company. It also has two parking spaces on the same plot.
DISTANCES: This villa is located in a privileged area given the proximity to the beaches and all services. It is located only 750 m from the nearest cove as well as the center of Calpe. The nearest supermarket is accessible in 450 m.
