Splendid holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed on two floors.INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR in which we will find a spacious living room with TV SAT / DTT with beautiful views. A large fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. A spacious bedroom with double bed and beautiful sea views. One bedroom with two single beds and two independent bathrooms with shower each. There is also a washing machine room. In the SILVER HIGH we will find a large bedroom with double bed and exit to the solarium. A bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds.OUTSIDE: A large rectangular 9x4.5 pool with Roman stairs and a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for 3 vehicles on the same plot.LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area given its tranquility and proximity to the center of Calpe. It is only 2.4 km from the nearest supermarket and 3 km from the nearest beach (Playa de Levante) and all restaurants. The center of Calpe is 3.5 km away.OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
