Pleasant villa for 4 people with private swimming pool. The villa is located in the urbanization Marivilla, quiet area at about 900 meters from the Puerto Blanco beach, 300m from restaurant and tennis club. The living area is about 70 m2 and the enclosed plot with garden is about 700 m2.
Villa: (access by staircase).The living area is on the ground floor. (the first floor is private and uninhabitable). Living/dining room with TV by satellite/tdt with an access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. Independent kitchen with gas hobs, oven, micro-waves, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, ustensils for the kitchen and washing machine.1 large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin, a large bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin.

Outdoor: pleasant garden with a lot of plants, swimming pool (kidney shape) of 8x4, metallic stairs, external shower and masonry barbeque with sink. External closed parking space for 1 car.
