Beautiful house "Adsubia", 2 storeys. In the district of Adsubia, 2 km from the sea. Private: property 2'768 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool secured, fenced (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

la casa es grande y acogedora con un amplio jardin y una buena terraza.A 5 minutos del centro de Javea en coche. Lo malo de la casa es que no tiene aire acondicionado cosa que se echa en falta en verano.tampoco me gusto el ajuar de la cocina,las sartenes conviene cambiarlas. La limpieza de la casa dejaba mucho que desear yse la notaba a falta de mantenimiento en general. En general, estuvimos muy a gusto pero esos detalles no nos gustaron para el precio que pagamos por 1 semana quote-left

No tengo ninguna queja de la casa. Mis amigos y yo tuvimos muy buena experiencia en la casa, es muy bonita, con muy buena ubicación. Con una gran piscina y con todo lo necesario para que la experiencia fuese buena, El check in y check out fueron muy fáciles quote-left

La casa que alquilamos ya muchos años es estupenda. Lo pasamos todo muy bien. Lo que sólo falta es el aire acondicionado porque sufrimos muchos del calor por la noche. La casa fue muy limpia a nuestra llegada. Gracias por todo quote-left

Verblijf met 3 vrienden met ieder een eigen kamer was perfect. Goede douche,s Alles schoon en mooi zwembad. Enig min puntje was dat er tijdens ons verblijf de tuinman onaangekondigd de bomen/bossen ging snoeien met een heggenschaar wat veel lawaai overlast gaf. WiFi was ook erg zwak. quote-left

Gut ausgestattetes Haus, super Pool, toller Meerblick, das Duschebad müsste renoviert werden, ebenso das Schlafzimmer dazu,da sehr muffig. Leider nur franz.Fernsehen. Bei Starkregen hat es durch die Fenster geregnet. Aber gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Hat uns sehr gefallen. quote-left

Nach 2 Wochen stellte sie ihren Dienst ein und es gelang nicht, obwohl wir zweimal nachfragten, einen Reparaturdienst zu beauftragen, der die Reparatur erledigen sollte.So mussten wir 2 Wochen per Hand abwaschen!!! quote-left

Supertoffe ligging met een heel mooi uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee. De badkamers kunnen wel eens een opfrissing gebruiken, alsook de stoelen op het terras. Het was jammer dat bijna alle stoelkussens bespot waren... Ook waren er vrij veel muggen, muggengaas voor de ramen zou ook al een heel verschil maken. Verder was het(omheinde) zwembad fantastisch, leuke tuin voor de kinderen en de naya was zalig! Een vakantiehuis waar we in de toekomst wel nog eens naar terugkeren. quote-left
