INTERNAL: This charming villa, spread over three floors, has the following distribution. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a nice living room that leads to two bedrooms (with a double bed each one), two bathrooms with shower and a gym. Through internal stairs you will get the MAIN FLOOR, composed of a large air-conditioned living room with TV Sat / Tdt, an ideal dining room to gather all the family members, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), plus three bedrooms (one with a double bed and air conditioning and two with two single beds in each). The UPPER FLOOR is a suite to which you will access by external stairs and which consists of a living room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

EXTERNAL: It disposes of an indoor pool area with shower and toilet and a the large built-in barbecue ideal to enjoy outdoor meals.

LOCATION: Being located less than 1 km away from the supermarkets and 2.4 km from the famous Arenal beach, it becomes the ideal place for a quiet holiday closet to all services.
