    House with private pool in the urbanization Torre Vella and 3 kms from the beach of l'Estartit. This rustic-style house has, on the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with fantastic views with the sea in the background. The exterior of this house is the best: a well-kept garden, a swimming pool with total privacy, barbecue and terrace for outdoor dining. The Torre Vella area is fantastic for a family holiday surrounded by nature and close to the beach. Sheets are included in the price. You can also add towels to your booking (4 € per person) GROUPS OF TEENAGERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
