This rustic style house, completely renovated, is surrounded by nature. A very quiet place with views of the Pyrenees and just 850 meters from the beaches of Empúries. The house has a small pool (5.50 x 2.20, depth 140cm)with garden and a nice terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy meals outdoors. The house is distributed in living room, kitchen, a room with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each, and two bathrooms with shower. All rooms have a ceiling fan. This house is perfect for nature lovers who want to enjoy the authentic tranquillity and life in the countryside - near home there is a small chicken coop - the children can play freely and have a great time! In the house can accommodate 6 people: in 1 double bed (1.35cm), and 4 single beds (0.90cm). Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
