Beautiful and large 3 bedrooms villa with private pool and mountain views located in the quite countryside just a short drive of Frigiliana. The villa is beautifully presented in a rustic style whilst offering all modern comforts.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to include washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The master bedroom has double bed and a feature open plan access to the stylish en suite with corner bath, his n hers basins, wc and bidet. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds and all three bedrooms have freestanding fans. The main bathroom is complete with bath and shower over, basin, wc and bidet. The lounge diner is spacious and comfortable with dining table and chairs for six, three sofas, log burning stove for the winter months, satellite TV and DVD player.

Outdoors

From here patio doors lead to the first of many terraces, this one has a partly covered area with al fresco dining table and chairs, a gateway leads through to a further courtyard area with brick built BBQ. The lounge terrace leads on to the huge main entrance area and crossing this leads you to the lawned gardens which also have a lovely shady terrace.
Wide steps lead down to the pool area, the pool is approximately 7m x 3m. Around the pool are ample sunbeds and there is a further shaded terrace with relaxer chairs. From all around the property and from inside are the most breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside towards the mountains, the sea and the town of Frigiliana.
The villa is surrounded by secure high walls and secure high entrance gates.

* Villa Maria del Carmen is located around 5 minutes drive from Frigiliana in a quiet country lane. Frigiliana is a beautiful whitewashed mountain village with plenty of shops and restaurants.
The road between the villa and the village is fully made up and on it are a couple of mountain restaurants, one of which is a short walk from the villa.
The town of Nerja and the beaches are approximately 9km distant.
