A brand new and luxurious villa with beautiful sea views only a few minutes drives to the finest beach in the Marbella area with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms private pool and garden.
This elegant villa is luxuriously decorated and furnished to a high standard and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

The house has lovely terraces with amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea. A great pool area with sun from morning to evening.

The villa is located in a suburb of Marbella, El Rosario. This area has a supermarket, some restaurants, a tennis & padel club, fitness centre, pilates workout centre, a bakery, traiteur, hairdresser & nail artist. On the beach side, there is a playground for small children, various restaurants, beach clubs and chiringuitos. All in all a nice and family friendly.

When entering the villa the living and kitchen present itself one level down including 2 bedrooms with a bathroom to share. Left from the entrance the stairway gives access to further 3 bedrooms. From the master bedroom there is access to a great private terrace with amazing views.

The ground floor has a lounge with flat screen TV & DVD, a spacious kitchen- and separate dining area.

The lounge opens onto a garden and pool area with sunbeds (8) and outside dining area for 10 persons & BBQ.

A mid stay cleaning incl. clean towels are included in the weekly rate.

Within a distance of 5 km, you can enjoy the city centre of Marbella, with its tiny streets and local shops. Within a distance of approx. 15 km you find Puerto Banus with its fabulous Marina and one of Europe's most exclusive ports, with designer shops, exclusive beach- & nightclubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
During summertime, the port transforms into a multicultural crowd and holiday atmosphere.
Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants before visiting bars and/or nightclubs.

Prices are based on 10 persons.

Extra bed/sofa bed:

Ask office for possible extra bed. Price Euro 100 per bed and per week including 1 set of bed sheets and towels.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:

If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.
