    Description

    The villa is built on two levels
    Upstairs comprises: two twin bedrooms bathroom double bedroom with terrace and bathroom with en suite shower room Independent and full equipped kitchen
    Living room fitted with two big sofas and chairs, coffe table plasma TV, Satellite TV and DVD Dining room with a large south facing terrace.
    The ground floor comprises:
    Lounge with arm chairs and open fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub.

    *Outdoors

    The villa has a wide entrance to the parking of 3 cars. Go down from the entrance outside and on the rigth there are banks and table in built , on the left a small porch and then the large pool area from where you can contemplate the Sea Mediterraneo and the surroandings of the villa. It is equipped with sunlongers for 10 people and garden furniture (tables and chairs).
    The barbecue area is covered and invites you to spend a days and nights unforgettable with friends and family. There is a small playground with a football and tennis table under a beautiful wooden pergola.
    The villa is located about 2.5 km from the center of village with a restaurant across the street and Lidl supermarket to 2 minutes by car.
