Overlooking a huge 30.000 m2 plot, thIS 450 m2 villa enjoys amazing views over the whole walley, the sea and the island of Formentera in the background.
Surrounded by trees and with no close neighbours, the villa is perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay, away from busy tourist circuits.
The villa, built in a typical Ibiza style but with large windows to enjoy natural light, is respectful with the environement, with both energy and water self provided.
The nearest beaches with small bays are Cala Pada, Cala Martina and Cala Nova, all just 15 minutes away by car. As is the popular resort of Santa Eularia with its many shops and restaurants. You can enjoy various excursions and activities such as diving and cycling in the surrounding area. Ibiza City, with its historic old town of D'alt Vila, is 30 minutes away by car and is well worth a visit.
Access through an unmade road in average shape. 4x4 vehicle reommended.
