Villa located in the countryside area of San Carlos with amazing views towards the valley and the mountains. The Ibizenca modern style villa has a main house and an annex. It is surrounded by trees and large gardens where the clients can relax and enjoy their holidays.
San Carlos village is located only 8min away by car and the village of Santa Eulalia is also 10min away by car. There are many restaurants and shops where the clients can buy all kind of products.
Ibiza airport is located 35minutes away by car and Ibiza city is only 20-25 min away.

Main house (only 1 floor):
Entry hall with salon with sofas and Satellite TV. Table next to the TV and music equipment.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas kitchen, smoke extractor, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), Combo refrigerator, juice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, shaker, toaster, kettle… There is a direct access to the back patio of the kitchen where there is a gas barbeque with a table for 6 guests with a parasol. There is also an area with a small table.
Outside laundry room with a laundry machine and a dryer (only available for house staff).
1 double bedroom with a double bed (1.60m x 1.80m) with bathroom in suite with shower. TV and AC.
