Beautiful traditional Ibizan finca of approximately 250m2, with all the facilities of a modern villa. It is located just 5 minutes from the village of San Jose, 15 minutes from Ibiza town center, about 10 minutes from the airport, as well as the most exclusive beaches of the coast of San Jose, as Cala Yundal , Porroig , Sa Caleta and about 15 minutes from the beaches of Las Salinas , Es Cavallet , Cala d' hort , Cala vadella ...
There is a small supermarket and a bar at about 800m from the villa and about 5 km away there is a shopping center "Can Bellotera", where you can find all kinds of shops: fish shop, butcher, grocery store and large supermarkets.
