The master twin bedroom has ensuite bathroom with a corner bath and direct access to the ballastrad lined sun terrace. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a doorway to the terrace, share one full bath/shower room.
All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and fitted wardrobes.
From the hallway, stairs lead up to a galleried landing area (where an extra bed can be placed if required) and three private sun terraces affording far reaching breathtaking views. Utility room with washing machine.

The floodlit gardens are very well maintained and there is a good sized lawned area for children to play on. Vall D'or Golf is just a few minutes drive away. Table tennis is also provided.
