Can Mairata, this pretty finca is nestled at the foot of the scenic "Puig Maria" and only 1.5 kms from Pollensa. The house is of typical mallorquien architecture and built over 2 floors. The ground floor consists of the fitted kitchen, lounge/dining room with fitted Air con, bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom which has 2 single beds aswell as Air conditioning and doors which lead onto the terrace. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another one which has 2 single beds. Both of these bedrooms have Air conditioning and share a fully fitted bathroom.
The pleasant exterior of this villa boasts a lovely garden and fantastci swimming pool, built in BBQ and a furnished porch area where you can enjoy dining al fresco in this lovely spot in the beautiful north of Mallorca.
