Luxurious villa, unique in San Jaime, with four bedrooms and sea views. Glass has been used to optimise the mediterrainian light making this villa one of our favourites.
This two storey building has been built with thought so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full. From a private parking, you enter going down 15 steps.
On the first floor you find the bedrooms, all a good size with built-in furniture and pleasant decor.
The hall, which leads to the rest of the house by stepping down, has to the left, the master bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and access to an incredible solárium terrace with sea views. On the right, a passageway leads to the other three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with ensuite. These also have terrace with sea views.
A completely modern, fully fitted kitchen with every convenience including independent wash area, is located next to the lounge. This spacious area with its comfortable sofas, contempory chimeney and sizeable dining table will impress everyone who enters with its marvelous views over San Jaime.On this floor there is a separate toilet.
For the more athletic, there is a spare room situated in the basement with two gymnasium machines, (Elliptical Striper y Multigym).
The star feature of this magnificent property is its impressive terraces. From the kitchen you access an enormous terrace which is completely covered and boasts a brick BBQ and bar which will more than content the most discriminating of cooks. The pool which is found one level below the rest of the terraces is rectangular and has its own sunbeds and an outdoor shower. All, of course with stunning views over Son Bou and its wonderful beach.
