This villa has 2 different areas :
-Area One: 2 bedrooms (for 6 people) 1 bedroom with 1 doble bed and 1 bedroom with 1 doble bed + 1 bunk.There is a sofa bed on the livingroom
2 complete badrooms (with badtub), kitchen and big living-room.It has also TV, terrace furniture, washing machine, friser, oven and dinning table.

-Area two: is located in the other part of the house,its totaly independent and is composed by 2 dobleroom ( with 2 doblebeds) and one complete bathroom (with badtub), both with a views over the swimingpool .

Next to the swimingpool you will find terrace furniture, luxury sunbeds, covered table and chaires to have lunch in the swimingpool area.Also you will find barbeque.

The garden surface is 800 m2 ideal for families with children

The house is located just 350 mts from the beach.

The property is located in 3 Calas, a Residencial area, surrounded by pines and vegetation, where you will find one of the latest virgin coast in the Mediterranean. There are numerous beatifull golden sandy beaches and they are the stars of our coastline where the scent of pine tress caresses the crystal clear water.Just 450 mts from the Villa you will find a supermarket and a commercial area.The town of L?Atmella de Mar in around 4 km far way and it?s international well-known for the gastronomie, restaurants and hospitality.
